I've made a commitment to coach 100 people in the next two years to increase my experience as a professional coach. I also have a simple 5-minute feedback form where you can let me know how our session went.

During your initial session, we'll discuss what you'd like to be coached on and the ins and outs of the coaching process. From there, we'll design a plan to help you move forward in your life. There are a variety of ways to design a coaching package for your needs.

Group coaching may be an option if you and 2-5 more friends have similar needs. E-mail coaching is available for clients who have coached with me for a minimum of 3 months and are ready to fly solo, but want some additional support.

Currently, rates for my most popular packages are:
